Remove almost all explicit uses of CapabilityEnergy (#1643)
* Battery packs (ItemLithiumBackpack/ItemLapotronPack) still use CapEnergy explicitly, but don't charge IC2 items. * Note: Before we can remove FE, we have to modify StackInfoHUD and ItemUtils in RebornCore.
